Our proprietary Heavy Fuel Treatment and micro de-agglomeration System were developed and successfully tested in large heavy fuel marine diesel engines over a number of years. Production units are now ready for distribution. It produces fuel micronisation to a 3 micron consistency. This enhances engine efficiency and reduces NOx and particulate emissions as asphaltenes are fully combusted. Enhanced separator effectiveness and the cleaner, more efficient fuel combustion reduces engine maintenance costs. Reprocessing asphaltene agglomerations for useable fuel improves fuel efficiency and reduces sludge disposal costs and logistics.
